Mezzanine floors are a great way to utilise the capacity of currently unused space in your warehouse or above your current offices. Mezzanine floors can generally be effectively installed into any space subject to ground conditions.

All mezzanine floors are subject to building regulations, we design all our mezzanine floors to meet all current regulations and comply to BS5950. SUSPENDED CEILINGS

Suspended ceilings are an important part of any office/warehouse environment. Suspended Ceilings can provide an important fire break to the underside of the mezzanine flooring, provide improved spread of reflective light throughout an office, provide a workable space between the mezzanine floor and the ceiling to conceal A/C, electrical cable-trays and Plumbing works. Tiles are also an important element when considering sound control, for example a soft fissured tile will have better sound absorption. Ceiling grid can be 25mm or 15mm table with square lay-in tiles or tegular edge.

The general rule of thumb for fire rated ceiling requirements are that it will be required if the mezzanine floor fills over 50% of the building it occupies, if the mezzanine is going to be used for office, retail or production purposes or if the mezzanine flooring is over 400m^2.
